“Colors and Obscurity 2” is the second canvas in a series of 3 where the artist Christine Barone wanted to mix realistic, graphic and abstract styles in a theme that she particularly likes: a portrait of a woman who exudes power.
Realistic by the face, graphic by this contrasting shadow and abstract by this colored hair created with a knife.
Her long fiery hair symbolizes our inner strength.
